Remodel :: Segway Basement
The homeowners have two young boys that needed a space to romp around and play. The boys were afraid of the basement…it seemed “creepy” to them. The challenge was to create a space for the kids to play as well as the parents. Recessed lights were added to the space to create a bright, happy space. The basement was fully finished with a bathroom, dry bar, workout area and TV sitting area. Once finished, the homeowners said they couldn't get the boys to come upstairs.
